Children are IMPORTANT at First Baptist. Here are the opportunities offered for children to encounter Jesus and know Him more:
Sunday Morning Bible Classes are offered for all ages at 9:15 am.
Sunday Morning Worship is at 10:30 am. During Worship our pastor has a time to share with children from Preschool to 4th Grade called the Mystery Box. For Children in Preschool and Kindergarten we have Children's Church which is right after the Mystery Box Time.
Wednesday Afternoon is Children In Action from 3:30 pm -- 5:00 pm. We pick the children up from DeWitt Elementary for an afternoon filled with a snack, recreation, music, crafts, and a time to learn more about Jesus. It's like Vacation Bible School but it happens every week. Check out the CIA Page for more information and how to sign up.
Our children are also involved in Vacation Bible School, Kid's Camp, and other events.
